Ellie began her career at one of the leading sets at the Commercial Bar, spending over a decade working in the legal industry before moving into recruitment, where she now partners with Chambers and Law Firms to build outstanding teams. Passionate about people and their wellbeing, she is also an ambassador for SHOUT and Young Minds. In 2025, her leadership was recognised with a Highly Commended award for Business Leader of the Year at the Women and Diversity in Law Awards.

Leading the marketing and communications at InnLegal, Simon previously ran a successful marketing and design agency and has worked both in-house at a leading commercial set and as Head of Marketing & Business Development at a city law firm. With a deep understanding of the legal industry, Simon specialises in integrated marketing campaigns, brand engagement strategies, and business growth initiatives, helping Chambers and law firms stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

As a qualified recruitment specialist and employability consultant, Penny focuses on helping graduates and school leavers access the legal profession. With an extensive background in employability consultancy, she works with a number of schools to encourage accessibility and diversity within the legal arena. Penny has a strong drive to improve gender misrepresentation in the workplace and brings this passion and her expertise to InnLegal where she will assist with business development and recruitment processes.

A Barrister at Temple Garden Chambers, Alice is a member of the Bar Council's Young Barristers’ Committee and Education and Training Committee and is passionate about supporting the next generation of legal professionals. As part of our external Committee, Alice helps shape initiatives that connect emerging talent with opportunities in the legal sector, supporting events and contributing to discussions that engage and inspire future legal professionals, whilst championing accessibility and diversity within the profession.
