Mentoring Community

Those starting their careers will be paired with experienced mentors for casual check-ins – a friendly way to build confidence and feel supported from day one. We will also be hosting informal events to offer support, share advice and help them feel part of the wider legal community.

As part of this initiative, we will be:

• Pairing mentees with skilled mentors for informal support
• Hosting quarterly events to share advice and build community
• Offering guidance and encouragement to those new to the sector
• Creating a safe, inclusive space across all areas of legal support
